Florence has practiced in the field of intellectual property for over 20 years. She commenced her career in a leading French firm of Patent and Trade Mark Attorneys in Paris. She then moved to Switzerland where she worked as an in-house industrial property lawyer for two international corporations, respectively in the food and watch industries.

Florence moved to Australia with her family in 1997 where she registered as a Trade Marks Attorney. She has since been practicing in the field of trademarks in private practices.

Florence has advised numerous Australian and Overseas clients from a broad range of industries including automobile, food and wine, cosmetic, pharmaceutical, sport, education, and agriculture, in relation to all kinds of trade mark matters.

With her extensive experience in Europe and Australia, Florence is in a prime position to advise Australian clients in relation to European trade mark applications and International Registrations. She fully understands the need of overseas clients wishing to protect their trade marks in Australia.

Florence is an accredited NAATI translator and regularly corresponds in French with her French clients.

Florence is a fellow of the Institute of Patent and Trade Mark Attorneys of Australia and is a member of ECTA (European Community Trade Mark Association).

Outside the office, Florence enjoys walking, skiing and playing tennis, as well as reading, cooking and gardening.


Florence a plus de 20 ans d’expérience dans le domaine de la propriété intellectuelle. Elle a commencé sa carrière en tant que conseil en marques dans un grand cabinet Parisien spécialisé en propriété intellectuelle, puis a travaillé plus de 6 ans en Suisse en tant que juriste pour le compte de deux sociétés internationales, avant de s’expatrier en Australie en 1997 avec mari et enfants.

Florence a maintenant plus de dix ans d’expérience en tant que conseil en marque en Australie.De part son expérience en Europe, Florence est à même de cerner au plus près les besoins de ses clients Européens souhaitant protéger leurs marques en Australie.
